Download a corporate membership application form 
Fill-out section 6 – “References” with your name and membership number.
Pass the form to a friend or colleague and support them in completing the form. Note: You must also act as their referee.
Ensure they complete and submit the form in time for the appropriate Membership Committee (submission dates below)
Discount will be applied to the 2010 renewals for the membership year 2010/2011
