Colin Douglas is a RINA and IMarEST Committee member and is the Branch representative for Education. It has been traditional for the Branch to present the IMarEST shield and vernier caliper to a student at the Isle of Man college. This year James Waddell won the award for being the Best Apprentice of the Year. Here Colin presents James (r) with his award.
