The Journal of Marine Design and Operations (Part B- Proceedings of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology) was published between 2002 and 2008.  The journal published peer reviewed, practical based papers featuring real life examples of design, manufacture, operation, safety and environmental aspects of marine and offshore concepts, equipment and systems. The Journal of Marine Design and Operations was designed for marine equipment operators, sea-going personnel, superintendents and Chief Engineers involved in shipping and offshore industries. Papers published in the Journal of Marine Design and Operations are now available free of charge to all logged in IMarEST members.
