YOUR INVITATION TO ATTEND AN IMarEST:BIMCO39  KNOWLEDGE NETWORK SEMINAR

The Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST) and BIMCO 39 are co-hosting a Knowledge Network Seminar on 29 January 2008 at IMarEST headquarters in the heart of the City of London.

“The BIMCO 39 Knowledge Network provides a remarkable opportunity to mix and mingle, and we are delighted to host this first event in 2008,” says Keith Read CBE, the Chief Executive of IMarEST, “As is traditional there will be a programme of informative presentations followed by plenty of time for networking over some delicious light refreshments provided by our award-winning City Conference Centre . I wish all involved well with their deliberations.”

Three presentations will be given during the event

  • Loss Adjusting Port Claims, by Spencer Clark, Managing Director - Chartered Loss Adjusters Service Group, Concordia Consultancy Ltd
  • Shipping and Personal Injury, by Iain Butterworth, Senior Solicitor, Andrew Jackson
  • Ship Emissions More Than Hot Air? by Niels Bjorn Mortensen, Head of Marine Department, BIMCO

The proceedings, at the City Conference Centre, 80 Coleman Street, London EC2R 5BJ start at 17.30 for 18.00 and will end at 21.00. Those interested in attending should email abi.virgee [at] imarest [dot] org
