CRANFIELD MSc RECEIVES ACCREDITATION FROM THE IMarEST Cranfield University’s MSc in Offshore and Ocean
Technology has been accredited by the Institute of Marine
Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST).
The Cranfield masters programmes for the offshore sector
have developed alongside the changing offshore oil and gas
industry over the past 25 years.
The IMarEST accreditation is a tremendous achievement,
reflecting both the university’s ethos of teaching
and research allied to the needs of industry, and the development
of high-calibre postgraduate engineers and scientists.
The MSc’s six options have been accredited as follows:

Edward Hansom, Head of Professional Affairs for IMarEST,

registration as a Chartered Engineer or Chartered Marine
