Frank Mungo -
"Having spent a lifetime in or around Marine
Engineering I am acutely aware that the landscape
is changing. You can no longer work in, by or with
that most unexplored environment, the sea, without
realising the interdependence of all the marine
professions. Consequently, I am thrilled and excited,
as President, to be able to play a part in moulding
the IMarEST to meet the needs of the most professional
of professionals, those involved with the sea."
President Elect is Bil
Loth FIMarEST, His entire professional career
has been in offshore engineering,. He believes that
in the marine environment, continually working on
the cusp of new developments the need for synergy
between the professions is paramount. He sees IMarEST
becoming a vital conduit for that synergy and is
delighted by the prospect of playing a vital part
in its development.
