Sealion Shipping operate a modern fleet of 20 offshore support vessels including Platform and Anchorhandling Supply vessels equipped with Dynamic Positioning Systems (DP1), DP2 ROV support vessels and a DP2 Welltesting Vessel and DP3 saturation Diving support and offshore construction and pipelay vessels. We are currently building and additional 3 Platform Supply Vessels, 3 Anchorhandlers a DP2 Saturation Diving Support Vessel and a DP3 Saturation Diving Support Vessel.
Sealion ships operate worldwide and are currently working on contracts in UK and Norwegian Sector of the North Sea, Mediterranean, Brasil, Mexico, USA Gulf of Mexico, South and West Africa, South East Asia and Sakhalin Island.
Due to our continuing expansion we are looking to recruit a Technical Manager and a Technical Superintendent to supplement the team based in Farnham, Surrey.

Technical Manager
Due to further expansion and a dynamic newbuilding programme a leading operator of offshore support, diving, pipelay and welltesting vessels seeks applications for the position of Technical Manager.
Suitable applicants will possess a Class I Motor Certificate of Competency and preferably Chartered Engineer status and have extensive experience offshore and ashore of the operation and management of modern support vessels. Experience with diesel electric, high voltage systems, DP Equipment Class 2 and 3 systems and heavy lift offshore cranes is preferred but not essential. Experience of the project management, time and cost control of major conversions and high value dry-dockings and refits is necessary.
This is a senior position within the management team, managing a team of Technical Superintendents and associated staff, reporting directly to the Fleet Director. The position commands an attractive and competitive remuneration and benefits package and is based in South East UK.

Technical Superintendent
Due to further expansion and a dynamic newbuilding programme a leading operator of offshore support, diving, pipelay and welltesting vessels seeks applications for the position of Technical Superintendent to join the existing Team.
Suitable applicants will possess a Class I Motor Certificate of Competency and preferably have extensive experience offshore and ashore of the operation and management of modern support vessels. Experience with diesel electric, high voltage systems, DP Equipment Class 2 and 3 systems and heavy lift offshore cranes is preferred but not essential.
Applications are also welcomed from serving Chief Engineers or Second Engineers wishing to start a career ashore. Full in-house training will be provided.
