Career Development Pathway (AMIMarEST)

Our Career Development Pathway supports you for up to five years following your graduation or completion of your apprenticeship or cadetship.

Boost your professional development and employability

Joining the Career Development Pathway is a natural progression after completing your higher education, cadetship or apprenticeship, and unlocks tailored tools, resources and networking opportunities.

The Pathway is designed to grow your professional network and expand your technical skillset, while guiding you on the requirements to attaining Professional Registration (Technician, Registered/Incorporated or Chartered Status).

How do the payments work?

Year 1 is the year you graduate or complete your cadetship or apprenticeship. To benefit from the discount, you must apply for the correct year. We will request evidence of your year of completion or graduation. You'll pay a reduced fee up until Year 5, while benefitting from Associate Membership.

Apply for the Pathway

When applying, it is important you select the correct year. For example, you would be eligible for Year 1 if you completed your qualification anytime in the last 12 months, while you would be in Year 2 if you had completed your qualification 12 -24 months ago, and so on.

If you have any queries, contact our Membership Team who will be able to advise you on what year is right for you.
