Thank you for your contribution to the marine community through your membership of the IMarEST.
Your membership fee for 2021/22 is due on 1 October 2021 - to renew quickly and easily, just:
- LOG IN and go to "Payments" or
- call us on +44 (0) 207 382 2694 to pay over the phone.
Don’t forget, if you have professional registration with the IMarEST, you must renew your membership to maintain that registration and continue using your post-nominals (e.g. CEng, RMarSci, MarTech etc.)
Your fee allows us to continue as a globally-respected marine authority, providing you with an extensive range of benefits whilst also ensuring our support to marine professionals at all stages of their career and development.
Professional registration fees have increased to reflect the changes in costs of registration with the Engineering and Science Councils.

Our Institute relies completely on its tireless volunteers. From reviewing technical papers, and interviewing those applying for professional registration, to running committees, there are a huge number of ways in which you can give back to the marine community.

Cancelling your membership
Unfortunately, we cannot put your membership on hold for any period of time. If you wish to cancel your membership, call us as soon as possible to let us know that you wish to resign. If you do not inform us of your wish to resign, you will continue to be contacted regarding the annual renewal.
