Rear Admiral Paul Marshall is Director Naval Acquisition. As a Commodore, he served as Programme Director for Type 26 frigates and established the Navy Command Ship Acquisition Programme Management Office, stepping up on promotion to Rear Admiral as the Senior Responsible Owner for delivery of the T26 and T31e Frigate Programmes and Fleet Solid Support Programme. Navy Transformation has expanded his remit further to include equipment and systems, as Director Naval Acquisition.
Commodore Paul Carroll is the Maritime Innovation and Future Capability Programme Head within Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) & responsible for international procurement programmes on behalf of the RN.
