Paul Flos has held diverse engineering and leadership roles across the Royal Netherlands Navy, including international postings and strategic planning at the Ministry of Defence. He’s led engineering departments on multiple frigates and now serves as Program Director for International Naval Materiel Cooperation for the Dutch Ministry of Defence.
