Dr Anita Teo, Chief Engineer of the BAE Systems Air Digital Engineering Transformation Programme. She has held various industry technical and strategic leadership roles in her career across defence, maritime, aerospace, and the energy sector ranging from product development, capability and technology acquisition, strategic partnership building nationally and internationally.   In her current role, she provides technical leadership and governance for strategic digital engineering capability developments in support of engineering and business transformation across a number of defence programmes. She values sharing of knowledge, experience and collaboration to turn uncertainties into opportunities, embrace diversity in thinking and system engineering practice to innovate and deliver business impact.
