Accreditation Assessor

Accreditation Assessors ensure that the output of an academic programme within a marine discipline meets the standards laid down by the IMarEST.

CPD Assessor

CPD Assessors provide the expertise required to ensure sampled records of CPD meet the standards of the IMarEST and various licensing bodies.

CPD Panellist

The CPD Panel is responsible for the annual monitoring of IMarEST members’ CPD submissions, reporting to the Membership Committee.

Independent Case Procedure (ICP) Reviewer

ICP Reviewers ensure that we provide a flexible, accessible pathway to all those who do not hold an accredited degree that meets in full the requirements of the Engineering Council, the Science Council and the IMarEST’s registers’ standards.

Member Panellist

The Member Panels are responsible for the review of applications for membership and professional registration, reporting to the Membership Committee.

Professional Review Interviewer

Professional Review Interviewers carry out the professional review for candidates seeking election to Chartered Engineer and Incorporated Engineer.
