Keith Hutchinson is Head of the Professional Technical and Engineering Services (PTES) sector and Senior Consultant in Whole Ship Design and Naval Architecture at Safinah Group based on Tyneside in the United Kingdom, where he undertakes commercial and offshore marine consultancy for a range of clients globally. He has held senior roles in the design of a wide variety of ships, having previously worked as a researcher in ship design, and has shipyard experience in construction, conversion/upgrade, and repair. 

Mike Watt is a Fleet Director at Maersk, strategically leading the Ship Management of a significant fleet of 50 Maersk Line container vessels, formulating and implementing strategies to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the fleet. He is the Vice Chair of the IMarEST & RINA Singapore Joint Branch, a Chartered Marine Engineer and Fellow of the IMarEST.
