Council Executive Committee

The CEC oversees the implementation of Council decisions and fosters interaction and interworking between and among other Council committees, the Board of Trustees and the Executive.

Paddy is an independent consultant trading as Stickleback Solutions Ltd, with nearly 40 years experience in the Royal Navy, leaving in 2022 in the rank of Captain, with his final role as Chief Engineer and Safety Director of the Submarine Force.  Since then, as a nuclear engineer first and foremost, his efforts have focused on improving product safety.
