The Membership Committee is a dedicated group focused on attracting, engaging, and retaining members. The Committee plays a key role in growing and sustaining the membership base by enhancing member value, encouraging networking and involvement, and supporting the organisation’s long-term success through thoughtful planning and effective recruitment efforts.

Chair, Membership Committee

With a career spanning more than a decade in marine engineering and complex technical systems, Becky Stanley now combines this experience with a commercial focus as a Sales Account Manager for Industry at BMT. She is a Chartered Engineer with a First Class Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester, and serves on the Board of Trustees and Council alongside her role as Membership Committee Chair.
