Coase Design have designed a bold new concept of a Zero Emission transatlantic Ocean Liner, using green liquid hydrogen (LH2) as the primary fuel. Please refer to details of the exciting concept here, and the attached press release.
Whilst the design concept has been created by the passion of the Coase Design team, with collaboration from industry experts and post-graduate researchers in the field of marine decarbonisation, the technical design and practical logistics have yet to be realised.
Excited by the prospect of turning this concept of long range sustainable maritime shipping into a reality, Coase Design have teamed up with Natant Blue & EASE Maritime to explore the technical and practical challenges with the aim to make it happen.
Aim
This round table discussion aims to bring together industry experts from across the supply chain, throughout the life-cycle of the vessel, to help identify the current challenges that would need to be solved in order to make the project come to life.
Simultaneously it will provide the opportunity to network & build potential partnerships to work with us to find solutions to these potential issues.
