Data analyst, European project manager, and educational program creator. He earned a Ph.D. in computer science from the West Pomeranian University of Technology, specializing in artificial intelligence. He has worked at various public and private universities in Poland for over 20 years, including 11 years in maritime education. He is the author of over 50 scientific publications on artificial intelligence and maritime sector issues. From 2022 to 2024, he served as Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science and Informatics at BSBI (Berlin, Germany). He is currently the CEO and founder of Sealearn Technologies and a project manager at the Media Dizajn Association (Szczecin, Poland).
