WEBINAR: Real Talk: Early Careers in Marine Mammal Science

A webinar from the Marine Mammal SIG.

This webinar offers early career professionals an honest and supportive introduction to the realities of working in marine mammal science.

Through personal reflections, the speakers, who are themselves early career professionals at various stages of their careers, share the skills, experiences and support that have shaped their journeys so far. The session provides a realistic, current and open discussion on overcoming barriers, navigating setbacks, celebrating successes and everything in between.

The webinar also highlights the career-building resources available through the IMarEST, designed to help individuals grow and thrive in the field.
