Standards required for engineers

The UK Standard for Professional Engineering Competence (UK-SPEC), published by the Engineering Council, describes the value of becoming registered and explains the steps necessary to achieve professional registration.

It outlines the requirements that have to be met and the competencies that need to be displayed in order to gain these qualifications and gives examples of ways of doing this.

This document should be used to support a successful application to this registration.
